Walmart Burlington (N) Supercentre

This is definitely my favourite WalMart. The staff is always extremely friendly and go out of their way to help customers. A few weeks ago I had a great experience where one of the staff members saw me in a long line up (I was in it because I needed to price match) and offered to help me out at self check out. I explained that I needed to price match and he told me he could do it for me. Not only did this employee take my basket and carry it to the check out for me, he completely priced and bagged all my items. He was extremely courteous and I only wish I got his name so I could include it in my review. Overall, this location definitely exceeds in customer service when compared to some of the other locations nearby.

Walmart at this location was great . I needed a price check and this friendly young lady went and got the price checker right away. Little things matter right? Well keep up the good work and see you again soon.

The plus about Walmart is convenience and relatively broad item base, the downside of this particular Walmart is the increased number of self scan registers and corresponding decrease in full service registers. Not a fan of self scanning a cart full of goods and equally not a fan of standing in line behind the mega shoppers. What about protecting jobs for those at the start of their working lives and for those at the end.
