Great company! Ask for Craig if you want someone to help you who is incredible with boiler design. I can't say enough good about this guy. It is like it is his mission to delight his customers and make sure they have fast answers.

I'm a contractor that has in business since 1981. We deal with all sorts of manufactures of furnaces, air conditioners, hot water tanks and boilers. Weil McLain from a quality, durability and support aspect is head and shoulders above the rest. We have installed 100's of their units and have been incredibly pleased with their products. I highly recommend their equipment.

As a Weil Mclain dealer / installer we experienced mostly good luck with the Ultra, WM97 and Eco boilers, if they are installed the manufacturers recommendations.
Tech support has always been excellent and more than accommodating with after hours return calls and site visits if required.
Unfortunately the replacement parts are on the higher side of the price point.
We found it very difficult to ask my customers to pay for what we believe as over priced parts on units only what seems to be a few years old. No room at all left for any mark up for us and still go to sleep at night.
It would be good to recommend extended parts warranty to your customers.
We have since changed suppliers only because of our conscience to give our customers the best deal over the long haul.
