Value Buds

I love it here...I don't understand the low rating. Usually great customer service...the manager is more like a Kings Guard ... Doesn't smile much but he's loosening up! Honeydew Boba all the way. Significant price difference compared to other stores. PS Danny is the shiz nit.

Not sure what’s with all the bad reviews. The staff here are attentive and kind and really helpful. We spend a lot here and they never make us feel silly about asking any questions. They are definitely knowledgeable about the products and they’ve been able to recommend a few of my new favourites to me.

The low views clearly don’t represent this company. This is called Value Buds for a reason - meaning they host cheaper brands for less. Don’t like it - go somewhere else. The staff doesn’t owe you a freebie at any point. They also don’t owe you a life conversation. Get in. Get out. I’ve never had an issue here & absolutely love the people who work here. I’ll always come back.

Was just here and had a lovely short conversation with the girl who helped me pick out my bud. Great prices, great attitude from the girl helping me and super friendly.

Couldn’t give 5 stars because when I was waiting to be let in the girl who helped me had to ask what I think is her manager to not snap at her in front of customers. You shouldn’t have to tell your manager or coworker to be professional to you in front of customers, especially since the manager started arguing back. Really childish. The girl that helped me brushed it off her shoulders and came and apologized for me hearing that and let me in and helped me out. She deserves better. Do better Value Buds.
