  I really enjoyed Canada's only Burberry outlet. The staff went above and beyond to help. The store had a great selection of everything from hand bags to scarves to (obviously) trench coats to clothing and accessories. Lots of sales to be had. Just don't be surprised at the Burberry pricing. Its about quality. Your purchases will last for many years to come. I was so amazed that when I was shopping a lady working there was admiring my outfit, which was pops of Burberry.

  Good selection, lining up outside in Canadian winter is less than ideal, staff are ok but not excessively useful (they couldn't find a dress in the display and didn't seem to understand there was one)

  Sale associates are ok. But not Korean associates she knows nothing of Burberry but pretend knows all. I pick up the style jackets and bags from 2017 collection and I like style even past season. Its still good deal! But this Korean speaking sale associate, she told me its 2018 collection and new one. OMG.
  
  And I am trying to avoid her and ask other associates. She jumped between us and asked other sale associate that I am her customer.
  
  No! Lady! I choose who I want to help me or serve me, Not you. I am not your customer.
  
  Disturbing...I do not want to see her again! Next time if I see her again I would not shop here!!!l. lol....
