It’s a surgical strike gym - in and out fast and you get hardcore training. Work the circuit at your level of difficulty. No matter if you are a 52 year old that’s got a long way to go like me, or an athlete... you will get a great full body workout. Give it a go - you will get results.

(March 27, 2018, 11:30 am)My favourite workout facility of all time. I do the jiu jitsu program as well as circuits and it is top notch.
The workout schedule is flexible and allows for a great workout any time of day.
The martial arts program for both kids and adults is awesome. The instructor is fantastic with kids. He builds a genuine rapport with them. -

The circuit workout is a challenging but not intimidating. The members and staff are welcoming and engaging.
I can not recommend this club enough!! Try it!
