Great experience. The technician was very knowledgeable and patient helping us chose the right windows for our home. Installation was on time and went very smoothly. Everyone wore masks which we really appreciated in a time of covid. One window had a manufacturing defect and needed to be replaced. Elite Door & Industrial Inc handled this proactively, chasing the manufacturer to make sure the replacement is delivered on time and kept us updated on status. Definitely recommended.
