(December 30, 2016, 1:12 am)After a terrible experience with NuOptik in Georgetown, I was seeking rectification for the money I lost from the aforementioned company. Laura, an optometrist's assistant, and Dr. Britton at Dr. Giddens office in Georgetown South provided me with exemplary eye care and were able to fix the wrong prescription that NuOptik gave me before mysteriously closing. The costumer service shown at this office was astounding and I would encourage anyone who may be fearful of optometry or who are looking for a very positive experience, go to this office! I will be returning many times over! Thank you to everyone at Dr Gidden's office!
