Very courteous right from the very first phone call and every phone call that followed. I had a such a great experience. Very responsive. Very friendly. Very polite. Jon (the driver who picked up the bin) removed the bin and then proceeded to clean up some of the off cuts that missed the bin. What great customer service. Would highly recommend.
Excellent service and communication.
I was very pleased with the service from Hersey Bins! We ordered the bin and it was delivered first thing the next morning. The driver was courteous and put wood down on our driveway to protect it. When it was full I called to let them know, it was picked up the next morning at 8am. The driver that picked it up even swept up our driveway after he lifted the bin! We will certainly rent from them again!
Herseybins was very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Very prompt and fair pricing.
