First of all ... Top notch and superb! Throughout my seven years in my current home, for a deep-down cleaning, I've hired a big-chain company three times. Although not a bad job, I would probably give that company three out of five stars.

Anyway, due to severe allergies this year which have caused me to have a chronic cough, lung inflammation, and total exhaustion, I decided I needed a thorough top to bottom cleaning. In my search for another company, I came across Kimaid and decided to give them a call. After a five-minute conversation with Kim, explaining my situation, and what I wanted done, I scheduled a three-hour appointment.

Kim, along with two of her employees, showed up on time with all their supplies in hand. Trust me when I say they had their work cut out for them. Between the cobwebs, cat and dog hair, air vents, light fixtures, construction dust, and on and on, I was truly skeptical if they could tackle it in three hours, all while still doing a thorough job.

To my surprise, not only did Kimaid finish everything in the allotted time frame, they did it all with a remarkable attention to detail, and better than I could have ever imagined! Kim, you and your team were amazing and I thank you. I truly look forward to using your services again.
