Kind Vibe Kids

Sarah and her team at Kind Vibe Kids are fantastic! As a mom, it gives me peace of mind that my kids are spending their time learning about kindness, positivity and mindfulness. Their favorite part is practicing yoga outside in the park when the weather is nice. Another great feature of the academy is their focus on giving back to the community. What a perfect way to teach young kids how grow as an individual and caring human being. My kids and myself could not be happier with this afterschool program.

Kind Vibe Kids has been such an amazing program for my kids. A bright light in their days especially during the uncertain times of a global pandemic that has changed our world. Sarah and her team's positive and creative program highlights encouragement, growth mindsets and physical activity which is so important to our kids mental and physical well being. Having a safe space to grow and push their capabilities is essential to their confidence, self- esteem and positive outlook on life. Thank you Kind Vibe Kids for all you do for our kids!

I can’t say enough good things about this program. Our kids are so happy, and look forward to their time at Kind Vibe Kids. They come home and share the yoga poses, mindfulness techniques and understanding of their emotions that they have learned. They have formed positive and meaningful friendships with other kids. It is an amazing program led by kind, caring and patient instructors. Our son is having a hard time finding his place at school, and this program has helped him find his confidence again.
