I worked for Minus Forty for 8 years. What kept me around so long was the Culture and the people. The Low Stress and positive atmosphere made it easy to go to work each day.

I am happy to have been given the opportunity to work along side such a dedicated team, and see Minus forty rapidly grow into the business it is today.

this compay amaze me so much. they are so organize with friendly and a very welcoming staff . the people who work in the management and production department are so nice, open minded and very good to work with. This is a very perfect company for those people who are looking a job with a great teamwork, trainings and mostly a Family. More power to this Company Godbless!

The freezer (22-USGF) looks great. Their website was the most up to date and easiest to navigate out of all the freezer manufacturers that I found. Service was great too and they immediately resolved an issue we had. We use this for ice cream to-go in our shop and it maintains the correct temperature at all times. It is very well lit on the inside and really makes the colors on our packaging pop. The sign on top looks amazing with our custom vinyl graphics on it. The freezer makes basically no noise at all. I can put my ear right up to it and can't hear anything which is impressive. The window never fogs up because of a special coating on the interior of the glass (but be careful, this coating can scratch fairly easily). The pricing was pretty competitive with other manufacturers, but when you consider the professionalism of the website, the focus on quality and energy efficiency and the fact that they appear to actually have a sense of style with the design of their freezers, the choice is clear as to which is the better company. We will buy from this company again.

Update: Since this review was originally written we have purchased another freezer from them, the 2-door freezer (43-UDGF) and it also looks and works great. Once again, competitive pricing equal to or better than large online restaurant supply stores, but also made in a first-world country with ethical manufacturing practices.
