Just wanted to give the trainer that works at this location a real shoutout and recommendation!! Ill be honest I was skeptical of the level of instruction we were going to get because it is done in a chain store, I expected to sign up with a private trainer in town for the next level, but after doing the puppy class we will most definitely be doing the other levels with James!!! You won’t regret doing your training with him! So knowledgeable, kind, patient and you can just tell he loves what he does. Thanks Pet smart for hiring the best trainer!

They were extremely nice. My dog excitedly peed on the floor and the service rep. She simply said dont worry about it and reassured me that my dog would grow out of it. Wow is all I have to say. Amazing service.
