Friends down the street had used Ritch and said that they were thrilled with his work, so we called him too. From the very beginning of the process we have felt that we were in great hands, knowing what to do to get our home ready to sell, his hands on assistance at every step was not only a great help but also made us feel less stressed during this crazy time. The research he does into the market, comparable houses sold, current listings, and knowing how to deal with the potential buyers as the offers started to come in. We felt confident at every moment that we had the best advice and knowledge to make our decisions, and sure enough we got a terrific deal for our current home, and an even better deal when we purchased!
