Robert did an excellent job tuning my piano and repairing some keys. You can tell that he has a lot of experience with pianos, as well as appreciates and loves music. He takes the time to explain what the issue is, what may have caused it, and how he’s going to fix it. Robert is also quick to respond when I reach out to him, and is flexible with his schedule - coming a day or two after I’ve spoken to him. He is also reasonably priced, I would definitely recommend Robert!
