I wanted the vaporizer but knew nothing about what to look for, or what I wanted out of the product.I explained and knew nothing about Vaporizers. The lady working today educated me on what options I had as well gone through cleaning of product and basic care of the product. as well as registering it online. My intent today for going to Rock Universe was to do research only. The service I received was so great I bought a vaporizer. 5 stars for customer service Jayde L
