RoMad Tree Care

Our cat was stuck in a tree since 13 hours. After contacting many animal services, fire department, even tree services, we came across one that said yes to help us right away. It was RoMad Tree Care. They agreed to help us at a fair price with a quick service. However, when they reached, our kitten had already come down to which we didn’t need their service at that point. We still asked them what we should do for them as they came for us. To which they said no, and asked us if the kitten was okay. It felt so nice to see that the kitten’s well-being is what mattered to them more than anything. To anyone who has their cat stuck in a tree, I would suggest you contact this place. I’ve read other good reviews and I’m sure they try their best to bring you your pet back into your house. Thanks for their generosity!

Jordan is AWESOME, communication was on point.
Jordan was at my place at a reasonable time having respect for my neighbours, he was fast and efficient.

Our cat had been missing for days and was found stuck in a tree, we tried to coax him down over 30hrs in 30 degree heat. After trying animal control, other arborists, spca, even the fire department with no help, we contacted Jordan after 9pm. Within an hour he was in the yard. He showed compassion and a love for animals climbing a tree over 4 story’s high at 11pm to rescue are very loved and dehydrated little Sam. He is amazing!!
