I cant say enough great things about Ray and team. Ive been going to him for my car needs for 15 years. I started using them because my family did. My entire family has moved out of georgetown and I havent stopped going. Ray is like my "car dad " in town. I call him if I have a car problem and he'll talk me through it. When I take my car to him he not only makes sure I know what hes doing / fixing but that I know why. He offers advice and even tells me to check prices elsewhere. As a single lady its conforting knowing I have a person who will take care of me like family. On a personal level Ray is great. He checked in on our family when my father fell ill....what mechanic does does that?? His wife knows you by name and his daughters are always so pleasant behind the counter. Such a great family run business!

Just had my winter tires installed. Even though they were really busy (first day after snowfall), they squeezed me in. I dropped the car off, went for lunch, came back and the car was ready! Fast, courteous and friendly service! Thank you R&R, this was a very good first experience.

Had a slow leak....walked in and was taken care of immediately! Great customer service! Will definitely be back when I buy tires! Thanks!
