If I could give them a 10/5 I would! I'm a new mom with very little free time. I stopped in today to make an appointment to get a latch on my door fixed as my mechanic had recommended them. They took me right away to check it out, it turned out to just be disconnected and not broken, the gentleman helping me re-connected it and put the door panel back on and I was on my way in 15 minutes.

I will definitely pass on my amazing experience to others!

I was very impressed with the service and attention that I received from this location. My car was done quickly and on time. I did have to return for a minor issue but the Rick Fitzpatrick immediately took me in and provided me with a vehicle while the adjustment was being taken care of. I believe a true test of a business is how they handle things when they don't go perfectly. This company definitely did!!

Really nice staff and decent service time (2 hours). They have magazines but I would strongly recommend bringing a couple things to keep you occupied (should you choose to wait around). Windshield replacement was well done, I noticed some glue had fallen onto my car's fabric but the manager himself quickly got it off for me. Manager seems like he really cares about customer satisfaction.

Amazing service. Staff took the time to explain an issue with my moonroof and quickly fixed it. Would highly recommend and will return for sure!

Rick and his staff have worked on a number of my cars over the years, everything from chip fills to full windshield replacement. Him and his staff are always amazingly helpful courteous and of course "speedy". Thank you so much!
