Angelica Grace in particular, has been really helpful with all kinds of advice on products , and local info too.
A polite, intelligent, and articulate retail staffer!
I miss having the retail store open for last-minute items like cables and SD memory cards etc.
A real asset to Georgetown! -

She was very professional and followed through with everything until the issue was resolved which took a few days. I was very pleased with the resolution and even more pleased with the customer service I was given by Kristi. She is well informed, thorough and obviously has a very strong work ethic.
