Over the years, I’ve worked with a lot of counsellors and psychologists to help me through different issues, including anxiety, work stresses, marital conflict, life transitions and family illnesses. But working with Uresha has set a new standard for what counselling should be. Not only does she provide incredible kindness, compassion and a safe, non-judgemental place to voice my concerns, but she gives great feedback and has helped me find solutions to problems and work through so many issues. I always feel heard, understood and supported in her office and I leave with tools to handle my own challenges. She has a background in working with at-risk youth at a non-for-profit organization so I’m currently finding her insight regarding my struggles in raising my kids really helpful. You can tell immediately from meeting her that she genuinely cares about people and her core values including serving her community. Anyone who sees her is fortunate to be working with her and I recommend her to all of my family and friends.
