(December 14, 2018, 8:43 pm)I was offered assistance within a few seconds of walking in. The 3 staff members a gentleman at the front desk, Colleen (the manager?) and Mary were super friendly. No pressure sales and they quickly helped me locate what I was looking for. Knowing I was purchasing a Christmas gift, and being the only pair of boots they had, Mary offered me her own pair she ordered in for herself. Simply amazing.
She's saved my Christmas and made my day of errands much easier. Being someone who struggles with anxiety and saving me another day out it is greatly appreciated. Thank you very much everyone there.
