Tyler was fantastic! We’ve bought a total of 8 watches from here and I recently went in this weekend for a warranty inquiry for my Michael Kors watch and they informed me the strap isn’t covered under warranty but he took it to himself to attempt to repair the watch. He spent 20 minutes on it and fixed it with a new strap for free!

We’ve dealt with him before and he was always friendly!

Thanks Tyler and we will be back and will be referring people to you!
