Hello people of Milton. I need to replace two screen windows that a previous tenant removed and destroyed. I know little about screen thickness and concerned about precise size. The one screen place I called in Milton said it was important I know screen thickness. I said I know nothing. He told me it was important to be precise. I don't get it. I was calling for their expertise. I said I just want to replace them to be able to open my windows and keep the bugs out! He said it would cost me extra to come by and do the measurements and check screen thickness. I said fine. How much? $100. Now had this company had a nice tone of voice and would have been helpful with explaining the different screen depths, I might have been okay. But he was rude. So I asked my neighbour for a referral. He referred me to Brandon at All Purpose Glass & Mirror. The lady on the phone was really pleasant and said he was on call but would contact me when he was done. I got a call within the hour. Within 10 minutes he was here and measured and even reinstalled a handle on my window the previous tenant tore off at no charge. I got an estimate within the half hour for $50 less then the previous place and with amazing customer service!!! I highly recommend All Purpose Glass & Mirror!!!!!
