Bought the beef and kidney pie to cook at home, and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed. She marinated the kidney in milk overnight so it's not too bitter. Never tasted kidney like that before. Seasoned perfectly, sauce to crust ratio was excellent. Very excited to try the other pies. Thank you!
