  I have NEVER had a problem with the staff. Sometimes the line-ups can get frustrating but the staff has always been great!

  There has been some long wait times in the past but everyone behind the counter was doing their best from what I could see. And now there are usually 2 people at once so it's extra easy.
  Some people (myself included) need to realize the post office can take a LONG time if customers are all doing different transactions and have lots of packages.
  Just wanted to say Thank You and good job ????

  they lost some of the good employees who knew what they were doing. I ship for business with pre print postage and they do not know how to handle the shipping ! this is not acceptable for a Canada Post outlet and is very bad service.

  About a year+ ago I had really bad service also like many other people mentioned.
  When I went in today it was the opposite. Clerk who's name started with E assisted me, and she was very pleasant to deal with. Overall good experience. Hours changed a little and now they are open 0900 hour on Saturdays as oppose to 1000 hour.
