Recently switched over to Telus from Rogers and this sales rep named Kadie is by far the best sales rep I have ever worked with. She made sure I was satisfied with everything and I walked out of the building with a big smile on my face. She's also fast with emails. If you ever have any questions, she will answer them right away. Pick her to be your sales rep and you will not be disappointed period. :)

Have nothing but good things to say. I've been dealing with Liz Hooper who has been extremely helpful, is always quick to answer any of my emails and is extremely friendly. I am happy with the service and cell phone plans I have signed up for. Definitely deserves a 5 star rating.
