Closest asian/international grocery store to Burlington, love it. Has lots of options and well kept. Meat options always fresh and low prices.
Always enjoy going to Ethnic to shop for fresh produce, they always have a variety of the best in season. From leeks, to all the types of mushrooms to potatoes and squashes, you will most likely find anything you're looking for at Ethnic. They are cheap in most areas of the store, especially their amazing hot-table which gives you a lot for what you pay.
Very friendly environment, staff are nice and helpful, rarely ever a line just plan your trip closer to the morning or evening times.
The spring rolls are a favourite of mine and are very cheap at $2.99 for 10pc. There is a fresh seafood and meat department to get all sorts of fish and meat products. If you can't find what you're looking for in the typical grocery store, come to ethnic and find almost anything for a cheaper price. During the summer they have a wide selection of plants in their garden centre where I got my first little cactus which is still thriving months later.
the parking lot is huge so don't worry about parking, drive over and check it out the area has a nice pathway and some benches close by to sit outside. Overall would definitely come back soon for fresh produce and spring rolls. Pictures to come.
Best of the Chinese grocery stores. Very clean and good prices. They have more than Chinese products like Halal food.
I went to this ethnic supermarket for the first time today since it’s new (to me) here in Milton where I live.
I absolutely love it, and ended up spending all kinds of money getting a bunch of fresh fruit and veg, Korean noodles, and other foods that caught my eye.
I will definitely be returning, since I’m just starting to groove with stirfrys (I’m heavily influenced lately by all the kdramas I’ve been watching) and this place has a great selection of veg that I have to research because I don’t know what it is.
Service, cleanliness, and organisation were excellent here, too!
I am so happy that this store opened up in Milton. Though the store itself is very small compared to other large ethnic stores (like Nations or TnT), and the selection is slightly smaller, they do have the necessities. I'm happy because if I'm looking for vegetables and some pantry items like sauces and noodles, then I can come here and not have to go all the way the Mississauga. during social distancing the store is very quiet which is great for me because that means there are no line ups like all the other big chains have. I also love that they have a bakery section with buns and a hot food section! Highly recommend
