Gord's Little Shop Of Sharpening

Took my Shun knife to Gord and he took care of it and sharpened it like no one would. I didn't trust anyone to take it to, but was very pleased with the outcome of my knife with Gord. Definitely becoming a regular as his customer service is exceptional and was very quick with the job. Much appreciated

I waited for a week in order to try out all of the knives that were sharpened for me - I took in 7 knives - from a small pairing knife to a cleaver. The cleaver is now my absolute favourite knife. I cook all the time, and having good tools make everything easier. These knives are sharper than sharp - absolutely fantastic. I was easily able to bone out chicken and just as easily clean a fish, including skin it: having a good, sharp knife is essential for both of these activities. It took less than an hour to have the lot sharpened and I was on my way. I would recommend Gord to anyone, I am very pleased with the results. Thanks!!
