Over the last 3 yrs i have purchased and serviced my current vehicle with Gorrud's.. while I appreciate the courtesy service.. I always get turned away everytime I want to do a bronze or anything more than a simple oil change . I run a very busy life and would sometimes appreciate it if they give longtime returning customers a bit more preference time wise than always complaining about how 'short staffed' they are and how busy they are... Also the rewards program could be a little more rewarding:)

Our family of 6 had been on the road 2 hours, fully loaded down destined for Florida. While on the highway we developed a sudden issue with the front end suspension. Pulled into Milton at 630am and waited for Gorruds to open. This miracle working team took us in like a sad lost puppy, diagnosed and repaired our issue immediately, and got us back on the road within 4 hours. We are so incredibly grateful for the fast, honest, and professional service they provided. Thank you so much Gorruds. And sorry to anyone who may have been collaterally delayed by this unforeseen situation. We appreciate it all so very much!

I drive a tow truck and pick up as well as drop off quite a few vehicles here at Gorruds and always hear good things from my customers. Nice, clean and very friendly! Gorruds group must be doing something right!
