Our particular experience of buying a home was incredibly long, stressful, and at certain points felt very much like it would never come to an end - it did, however, thanks in part to the great advice and guidance from Dmitri over the course of our year-and-a-half long search. Dmitri was always available when we needed information or clarification and really went above and beyond to negotiate the best possible rate for us - he even offered to personally assist us in the final days before closing when we were struggling to get a certified cheque from my (online) banking institution. I hope to not have to go through the process of looking for a home again for a long time, but when that time does come I'll be giving Dmitri another call.
