Staff seem very knowledgeable and passionate about their products. The storefront was pristine and inviting. I came in to get a specific item but found myself browsing an extra 20 minutes.

Awesome coffee at a reasonable price. High end coffee and espresso machines.

Brought my machine in for repair yesterday (my first experience with the store). I was told that it would likely be about a week to repair or slightly longer, but it was done in less that 24 hours. The cost was less than I expected. I had also overheard an employee recommending a type of beans to another customer so I purchased those ones when I went to pick up my machine today.

My machine was returned in excellent shape and with the new beans has never produced a better shot. I'm beyond impressed with the service and care that they provided me.
