I go to see Andrew for physio therapy at this location. Andrew knows his stuff and he's super personable! Love chatting with him while we have a session.

Really great treatment here. The secretary is friendly and efficient! I met with Andrew, he is so thorough and helped me better understand my injury and how to recover. I'll definitely keep going back until full recovery!

Have been attending this clinic for over 10 years for various reasons. Andrew is great and adapts to his client’s needs and is extremely knowledgeable. Front desk staff are always polite and know their clientele which makes it feel very personable. Highly recommend for nagging issues to post operative care. Super friendly and easy going clinic. They are extremely clean and are adhering to COVID regulations easing any possible anxieties that arise.

My experience here was OK, but just OK. That's the best I could honestly say.

THE GOOD: The physiotherapist assigned to me was very nice and helped me set up some exercises that I could do at home. As these exercises became part of my daily workout routine, they did help to get my shoulder working much better. The front desk staff was very nice too. They do a temperature check and offer you a mask when you go in. COVID safety protocols being taken very seriously here, which is good to see.

THE SO-SO: Most of the appointments were kind of short. I started glancing up at the clock at each appointment, and most of them ended up being between 15 and 20 minutes. I needed physiotherapy a couple times in the past where I used to live, and I don't remember my appointments being this short. At my last appointment here, my physiotherapist spent 5 minutes with me (not an exaggeration, 5 minutes). The next day, I was sent an invoice for $70. It was at that point I decided to call them up and cancel any future appointments. I figured I was already doing most of the work in my recovery by myself anyway. I might as well continue that without having to spend all that money.

OVERALL: I don't mean to suggest my entire experience here was a nightmare. It certainly wasn't. The initial injury that brought me there did get resolved after I was on the physio exercises that the physiotherapist recommended. It's just in hindsight, I probably could have stopped going after the first few visits because I'm not sure I got much new out of the last several.
