LightTouch Med Spa Milton

I go to the LightTouch clinic for laser treatments and am very satisfied with the results. They provide good quality service, always! The clinic is beautifully designed and very clean (which is important for me). Gabriella is very professional and takes time to explain what to expect after each treatment. Keep up the good work!

This is my 4th time at LightTouch Medspa in Milton but first time doing laser treatment. During my consultation Kimberly assured me that I was a good candidate for the type of laser treatment (very sensitive area) and with their latest technology I shouldn't feel much pain or I may feel none at all. I felt confident to go head and book. A few days before treatment I looked up laser treatment videos and started to get anxious about feeling pain during. I had my appointment this morning and the treatment went very well. Gabriella was professional, gentle, super sweet and made great conversation. I would describe the pain on a level of 1-10 (1 less and 10 more) I would say a 2 or maybe 3 at times and apparently a med to high intensity was applied on me so I would say its totally doable. It felt warmer in some spots and like some hair was being plucked but that's about it. Most of the time I felt nothing but the instrument gliding in the area. The gel applied before hand was probably worse than the actual procedure just because the gel was cold lol. It was not at all what I feared. I'm even more enthusiastic to get this done. I will even ask to go as high or higher intensity if possible next time. Totally tolerable. I am very happy with my experience today. BTW they have fantastic promotions right now.

I had my first visit for laser a week back at Light touch - Milton location. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Shanelle was my laser technician and she made me absolutely comfortable for the whole process.
She was detailed oriented and was very professional and patient with me for whatever concerns I had throughout the entire process. I can already see some reductions after my first treatment and looking forward to my next session with Shanelle.
