I was going to pick up my daughter's Items she had altered and called this location ahead of time to make sure it was the right location, since I didn't have the ticket. The employee confirmed and I said I'd be there shortly. Their Google Ad said they closed at 6pm on Saturdays, but I received a call from the same employee while I was in another store before I headed over and she asked me if I was still coming and told me they closed at 5. It was 5:02pm. I told her that the website said 6, as did my daughter and asked if she could wait 10 minutes and i'd be there. She did! I was very thankful, as the next day they would have been closed. This lady was very nice to stay later and had the decency to call me when it was closing time and I hadn't shown up yet. Thank you for that value-added service!

Good services offered (e.g. automated text messages for pick up), but the one time I dropped off my clothes, the lady working (presumably owner?) did not great me with a smile the entire transaction. She looked like she didn't even want me there. My wife said she was treated the same when she came to pick up the ready clothes. Decided to go to Superstore instead as the Korean woman there is much much happier and warm.
