My wife began seeing Dr. Matt about two years ago for back pain, which has significantly improved as a result of working with him. My neck began feeling stiff and I was getting headaches, so I decided it was time to begin my own treatment.

In less than a year, I noticed significant improvements in my energy levels and much less headaches and pain. I began exercising for the first time in 15 years, and just felt like my body worked a lot better after being treated.

My daughter was experiencing intense asthma with multiple hospital visits per year, and back pain that seemed extreme for an 11-year old. So guess what we did? That's right, she became patient #3 in our family!

Our daughter was very apprehensive and fearful about manual adjustments, but Dr. Matt eventually made her feel comfortable because he just has a great, positive energy, and he explains things really clearly. He also made modifications to the adjustments, started slowly, and every time did a little bit more. Fast forward just a few months and her asthma is SO much better, she has better focus with her schoolwork, and her mood has become much less up-and-down. She receives adjustments with complete confidence now. I feel like she would have quit on many chiropractors because of her anxiety, but Dr. Matt eventually won her over.

I have a degree in kinesiology and I have worked closely with physiotherapists, massage therapists and osteopaths in my previous career. This was my first experience with chiropractic care, and the results have been even better than I could have imagined. Truly life-changing.

Dr. Posa and his team members are amazing. I loved the fact that Dr. Posa took time to educate my family and I on why we needed chiropractic care as well as he outlined a detailed schedule for our spine care. I do feel energetic after each adjustments. Dr Denise is very kind and gives me an accurate picture of what is going on with my spine. Lindsay and Sherry are very caring and offered to take care of my little one while I am getting my spine adjusted.
