    Best 1 hour workout ever. Staff (especially Rorey - studio manager) and coaches are so helpful and knowledgeable.

    I love being a part of this new OT group! I can’t wait for my classes. This is just what I needed to be accountable to myself. I deserve this, and I get what I put into my workouts now - 100%. The staff and customer service is outstanding ! I can’t say enough about the coaches, and how they truly care about your fitness, and health goals. The facility is beautiful and clean. So happy I joined!

    I love orangetheory! There is no better 1 hour work out. They keep you hustling for the full hour and you get immediate feedback with the heart rate monitor. It is on the expensive but you get what you pay for! So happy they’re finally in Milton!
