Osmow's Shawarma

Unfortunately the service at this location has deteriorated over the last couple of years. Our orders are often incorrect or missing items and order notes (nothing complicated). Our last experience was the final straw when they missed an entire entree. While we were not charged for it, we confirmed the order while placing it over the phone and again as we were cashed out because the amount seemed incorrect and werer assured that the correct number on entrees had been included. Once we got home, this was not the case and the restaurant refused to make good on their error. They do not provide an itemized receipt so there's no way for me to actually confirm that we were charged correctly.

I love this place. I eat from here once a week. The service is very consistent, and the food is good quality for the price. The employees are always friendly and polite. The manager is a very polite, friendly and sweet lady. Always happy with the service and food here.

The place was busy when we got there so the food came out relatively quickly given how busy it was. Food is fresh and tasty, but was a little bit dry. Otherwise, excellent ?
