I would say I was privileged to have Laeeq as a real estate professional. His idea of sale is to 1st educate the buyer or seller about the market conditions so that they themselves can make informed decisions while buying or selling their house. And his experience then adds on to making the decision a lifetime to remember. He just did not provide a house but made us comfortable by taking care of the very minute details that can tiring if not frustrating.

I would always and always recommend him to anybody who is looking for a smooth ride.

Mr. Haider is personally a nice person, he is hardworking and honest, I know him for more that 10 years. He helped me sell my condo and a house, he gives a personal touch to the business and goes out of the way to help us. I will continue doing business with him and would recommend him to my family and friends for any real estate needs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr Haider as he helped my organization settle 2 families. Not only did he go out of his way to research proximity to schools, grocery stores and public transportation, but he also made himself aware of their families' specific needs. For instance, they had young children and he didn't want them to be in a house with a nearby tenant complaining about noise. In this regard he was very thoughtful about their specific needs. He never wasted their time when he knew they wouldn't like it. He was very patient and accommodating to those needs, showing great empathy.

However, I have to say that the real difference with Prestige and Mr Haider was when we came down to negotiations. That's when I saw a real professional on the table trying to get what's best for us. He not only fought for the best possible price, but both families paid LESS than the other competitors we were bidding for. This was very remarkable and speaks volumes about the negotiation power that Mr Haider showed. Just imagine paying less than the competition in a bidding war. I will certainly never look elsewhere for my real estate needs. Prestige is a company that everyone looking for a home should have on their side.

A great team to work with. The best thing I liked is they take it easy and put no pressure on you, unlike the typical real estate sales person. Great experience.

The realtors of this company go out of their way. Recently we had sponsored two refugee families from Syria in Milton. Mr. Haider personally took time out to find them both suitable homes and charged absolutely nothing to the newcomers. They were very professional and helped them get great places at great rates.
