I am glad that I came across this internship program where I could polish my existing skills and also get hands on experience in learning new Tools. The whole program is very well structured according to agile methodologies. The Daily status calls ,weekly calls have not only helped us all for better communication and reach but also in holding the disciplinary ground very strongly. This has helped me in creating my profile through which I could showcase my expertise to the interviewers. Overall I would say this program would help in eradicating the barrier of Canadian experience for newcomers and students

My name is Heta Goda and I have been taken internship from 50hands organization. In my internship duration, 50 hands following all corporate standards and discipline such a way like having daily connect session with Project manager and across the team, assign tasks to teams, following up the assigned tasks, impact analysis and resolving blockers in a way and peer learning things . It was a great learning platform and experience with 50hands and earning Canadian experience when you have lack of experience and it really helps for getting interview calls and resulted in getting an great opportunity in Covid pandemic times. It helped me to impress the interviewers with this internship program's discipline standards, work experience as Canadian corporate. 50 hands has started to give more learning opportunity with The Lighting Lamp and providing training to their candidates from experienced mentors. I got to know about this place through a friend of mine. I am glad that I grabbed this opportunity and I have zero regrets. The internship put a strong foundation to all the skills that would be required to achieve that dream of yours. This platform is filled with highly qualified professional great and exceptional talents. The work experience was totally professional as it would be in an MNC starting with the stand-up calls till the client deliverables. On top of that, I also got the opportunity to communicate with diverse people from across the country. It was astonishing to see the commitment from each and everyone had with the varied timezones.

I know this Pandemic has hit hard on many working professionals, I feel so blessed that took up this opportunity which held the gateway to one of the great company with the dream role I envied upon and how the interviewers were impressed with the sample work I showed them and eventually got the job offer.
