Made an appointment for 9:30am. When I arrived they said it was for 10. They started removing my shellac right away when two customers came in; clearly regulars. They stopped my manicure and did theirs instead. I was left sitting there until 10:20am when another employee finally showed up. I was very frustrated as I had an event I had to go to. The technician appologized as she had to go pick up her son who was sick. I get it but I feel like they shouldn't have stopped my manicure to do the others when I was there first and already started. In the end, I had a very good manicure and they gave me a discount for the inconvenience. I will definitley try there again.

I have been going here for the past 9 years! The service is excellent, the staff are friendly and the pricing is very affordable. I have always loved my nails and never had an issue with quality. They have also stayed open late to accommodate me at the last minute. I have moved 1/2 hour away 2.5 years ago and still continue to use them because of how wonderful they are!
