(January 6, 2019, 12:04 am)Just wanted to send a note to say thank you. I came in looking for a Christmas tree. I haven't had a tree in years. I wanted a short tree (3-4 feet) and asked the gentlemen for just that. One of the employees working in the section listened and went out of his way to give me exactly what I wanted. My tree is perfect and I am very grateful.

(December 3, 2018, 11:46 pm)Had one of the best customer service experiences ever today. We had an issue with our Christmas tree (nobodies fault). Expected to be given a hard time exchanging the tree but ended up being amazed at how they handled it.
Will be back for our tree here every year for sure.
Ontario grown Christmas trees as well!
(October 13, 2018, 5:19 pm)We just bought a Japanese Maple here. Heidi was very helpful in giving us planting advise. A five year warranty and a loyalty card made this the best nursery experience I have ever had. Plus inside has tons of things for outside and inside your home. Very highly recommend.

This place is the best, we needed instant privacy and went shopping here at Van Dongens, We picked out some gorgeous pyramidal cedars for our back yard, service was great, delivery and installation were very professionally done. fast forward one year after a nasty winter we lost one of our beautiful trees. Thankfully we had a warranty that provides us with 5 years of peace of mind to our investment. The process was very smooth to picking a new tree and having it installed, I was beyond happy to have our green space green again. The whole team at Van Dongens should be very proud of their dedication and commitment to their customers.
