I have booked lots of travel but I have never had an experience like this one with Diane. In fact, she has been the only agent to listen , suggest , add and thinking of things to make our trip beyond perfect. We have kids and seniors traveling with us and all 8 of us are going to be taken care of from the second we leave the house until we return home. Her outside the box thinking made this trip a very Epic experience just in giving the gift of this cruise to my family and the special message for my dad brought tears of joy and a facial expression and a moment I will never forget.
