Jesse came by to do a system checkup prior to the hot weather arriving and he was incredibly friendly, professional and efficient. All the staff we dealt with, (booking our appointment, receiving a reminder and for the appointment itself) made the entire process easy! Had Steve, Trevor & Jimmy in to replace our furnace and A/C today. They were friendly and very helpful. I hadn't moved basement furniture to create a wide enough path and they gently moved it aside without a word. I went down to move it after sequestering our dog and they had already moved it and put a drop cloth down. They cleaned out our inert humidifier and got rid of it also, they put up with our dog screening their every entry and were so appreciative of a box of donuts. They took an exceptionally short lunch and were back at it to finish before dinner. Very friendly and easy to talk to. They were happy to show me what they had done and upgraded our thermostat. Couldn't ask for a nicer group of guys from sales to inspect to install. Price was good too. Thx guys! :)

We used Appleby many years ago when we lived in Burlington and the service was superb. We remembered this and today we needed service on our furnace. We had no idea what it was and could have been gouged without knowing the difference, but it turned out to be a simple error code and was fixed quickly and very reasonably. The technician (James...I think) was very friendly. Also, when checking our fireplace, knew that there was a recall on this particular one and turned gas off for us. The man who answered the call in the office (sorry, forgot his name) was great and instead of leaving me on hold when trying to figure out if he could send a truck today, offered to call me back, and did call back within 10 minutes. Overall GREAT SERVICE, from the call to the technician. Will recommend to everyone I know, and also use them again.
