She took the necessary steps to insure I was taken care of and made my mind feel at ease when it came to the discrepancy of the claim. My experience with Aviva (auto) has been amazing, which prompted me to write this review. My car was hit by another, and I immediately called Aviva. I was connected with Gaganinder O. (claims adjuster). He provided me such professional customer service and made the claims process flawless. With friendly and courteous service, he set everything up - connected me to the body shop, arranged car rental, and provided me with updates regarding claim status and estimates. No payments, no worries, and no stress. The referred body shop performed great work, and everything was completed in 5 days. I have been using Aviva for many years and will continue to do so.
