(January 11, 2019, 2:58 pm)Great product, accomplishes what I want. I had the backrack for two and half years, switched to another truck and needed some new washers. Contacted backrack, and explained my situation. A week later I had all new bolts and washers in the mail. More than I needed. Great product and great service. Can't recommend the company enough.

I met him on the street in canmore, he was checkin out the backrack headache rack on my truck. I explained I wish i could get a matching back bar. 1 week later it was on my door step. Thats what he does, ON HIS HOLIDAYS.
you wont find better service anywhere.
