The best customer experience possible! These guys made my day. Not having much background with painting, I stopped by the store because I had heard great things. What I found was much more than a store selling paint, but it was a hive of information and support.

With a few questions about my project Tom, Horace and Drew gave me great advice on how to accomplish my goals. They provided time saving advice, awesome quality paint, the right tools for the job and some great contacts if I need further support.

I met Tom and The Painters Place when I moved to Oakville in 2003. Tom is notably first when mentioning The Painters Place. It was Tom who helped us create the vision we wanted for our new home. We did a serene spa colour palette and it was gorgeous; still is more than a decade later. Tom and his creative team are very professional, wonderfully creative, and have the utmost colour and design knowledge. Now, we want to transform our home into something completely new, urban farmhouse, and we have been met with the same passion, creativity, excellent service and paint recommendations. We would not go anywhere else, but to The Painters Place. Tom and his team are very colour-savvy and all share a common love of design. I have never, ever been disappointed in any products or choices made. We have already started transforming our home, one project at a time, and each paint and accessories purchase has been the perfect choice. It is Tom and Leanne’s enthusiasm and professional referrals, that keep us coming back for more. Tom was even so kind as to donate some paint sticks to a local community garden project during Covid times, once again proving his genuine nature and spirit. This Benjamin Moore location is absolutely the best in customer service and professionalism and an extremely friendly environment. Tom (the owner) is so friendly and helpful that he makes the experience once of a kind.

The first time I went in the store, I was assisted by two great ladies Leanne & Alyssa which provided the utmost amazing service. Leanne (store Manager) went above and beyond to helping me choose the best paint product for the job and provided prompt service.
Horace and Christine are great and so knowledgeable. Overall experience was just perfect. I would recommend this to any home owner or contractor. If you're looking for a simple paint store with the best quality, here it is. They provide the best recommendations too! Thanks guys!
