The sales staff was very responsive and informative to inquiries on pricing. The service staff who came to pick up the materials for shredding was very prompt and courteous, making no interruption to the business' daily activity. They quickly came in, picked up the materials and exited. The pricing for the service from beginning to end was very fair and reasonable. Blue-Pencil is highly recommended!

The speed , convenience and professionalism of the service was excellent is every phase of the operation. The technician was friendly, well dressed and conducted himself in a very professional manner. The only hiccup we encountered was discovering the bankers boxes were not going to be shredded and having to break them down for separate disposal. Knowing that we would have to deal with them ahead of time would have made the experience perfect.
