The owner Roz is very friendly and polite. She knows a lot about hair and hair colours with many styles and ideas. In every visit I learn something new. She does a great job on my highlights and the hair cut. I love going to this place.

I have been going to Roz for years (since I was in High School)! Roz has a way with hair that keeps me coming back. I have done various styles with her (long layered looks to pixie cuts, etc.). I get compliments whenever I cut my hair! She is personable, professional and her salon is clean and well maintained. She is loyal to her customers and will be honest with you. Roz's expertise as a colourist is exceptional. It's matched by her high technical skill in cutting hair. She knows how to give you a great style taking your hair texture, thickness and preferences into account. I always leave the salon very happy.

I have been a client of Roz for almost 20 years and have never been disappointed in the cut, highlights or the friendly service! She is truly a master of her craft. Sometimes we have differing ideas on the most suitable style for me, but she always comes to a compromise with a cut/length that looks great and I always receive complements.
