(July 10, 2019, 4:36 pm)Friendly, courteous service. They had a power outage at the branch near closing time last week and had to temporarily close. However, the staff remained at the branch to ensure that services were met beyond their closing time. Much appreciated.
(June 17, 2019, 10:02 pm)The manager here, Vanda Mendosa, is the best bank manager we have ever encountered anywhere. Vanda is all about the customer experience and her approach very much reflects in the attitude of her staff to customer service. I have been with BMO for 34 years and she is the best manager I have ever met - bar none. We were with the branch at Trafalgar and Dundas but now that Vanda has moved to Dorval we are moving our banking there too. Vanda exemplifies what excellent customer service is all about. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
