I've just dealt with Kirk Fournier of the Wilma Fournier team, apparently the top team in the brokerage, and they were really great. Compared to other realtors they seem to have it down to a science as far as the juggling of selling and buying, which in my opinion is the whole point of a realtor, more should be proficient in that; your home selling when they tell you it will sell and for the price they say etc.

With an average price in our market area as of March 2017 just over $1.3M we understand that it can be a challenge. As a brokerage we stand firm and strong that practices have always been in place to ensure the highest quality of service for our customers and clients.
